Brief

Introduce the senior finance team to Finance Business Partnering and show the key steps needed and those competencies which need to be in place if the process is to be successful

Outcome

A programme was delivered covering the current behaviour of the best finance business partners, together with interactive workshops showing how the best business partnering teams communication strategies are designed and how they use networking and influencing strategies to maximise their advantage. The team really embraced the whole program and really bought into it and I am in regular contact with them with a view to doing more development with them in the future.
